Upie Guava, born in Jakarta in December 1976, is a young video music director in Indonesia. Upie Guava is well-known as a music video director in Indonesia. Since 2002 in the beginning of his career, he has made more than 150 music videos in Indonesia for artistes such as D’Masiv, Rossa, Nidji, D’Bagindas, sm*sh, Marcell Siahaan, Slank, Indah Dewi Pertiwi, Ungu, Afgan, Vidi Aldiano, Letto, and more. In 2012, a few of his works were nominated for the ANTV KLIK AWARD and SCTV INBOX AWARDS, and he won awards as the most fascinating director at Dasyat Award RCTI.

Other than that, he has worked on a few international music videos for David Pedrosa from USA, AeonSable from Germany, BrandonStone from Georgia and more.
